Welcome to the Caddo Nation of Oklahoma Sex Offender Registry Website.
The Caddo Nation of Oklahoma Sex Offender Registry provides public information on sex offenders required registering pursuant to the Adam Walsh Child Protection Act and Safety Act passed in 2006. Title I is what is known as the Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act (9SORNA).The Caddo Nation of Oklahoma will abide by this act and in accordance with Code 25 of Federal Regulations. The Act applies to persons residing, working, or attending school within the jurisdiction of the Caddo Nation, as directed by the Bureau of Indian Affairs and the Department of Interior and whom have been convicted of a sex crime as of October 31, 2009 or have previously been convicted of a sex crime. Failure to register and comply with this Act may be a criminal offense and will be reported/submitted to the U.S. Marshalls Office.

The Caddo Nation of Oklahoma Sex Offender Registry provides the information on this Website in the interest of public safety and to make the information easily available to users (hereinafter, “Users”). Individuals on the registry are included solely by virtue of their conviction record and applicable laws. The Caddo Nation of Oklahoma Sex Offender Registry does not assess the specific risk of re-offense or dangerousness of any person listed on this Website. In addition to checking this site, Users should contact the local police department or sheriff’s office for more information on known offenders in the community.

The sex offenders must provide updated registry information regularly; however, some offenders are required to verify information only one time per year. Therefore, it is possible that information obtained through this Website may not reflect present residences, employment, school attendance, or other information regarding the sex offenders listed.
